The Meridian Intern Experience...

An internship is the best interview tool we have! And because we look at internships as a chance for an extended interview, interns truly get the opportunity to show us what they have to offer while learning about our corporate culture and business nature to see if it's the right fit for them as well. With learning being the focus of our internship program, each intern has the opportunity to work on relevant, integral projects with different departments while networking with both co-workers and clients. These internships serve as a rare opportunity for us to infuse new thinking and fresh problem solving methods into our organization while providing the student intern with a valuable outlet for professional growth and career advancement.

MICHAEL SCALISE
Student Intern

As Meridian Group of New York's first intern, Michael Scalise has helped bridge the gap of business and technology in the workplace. Michael is a double major in Business Administration and Information Technology at Nazareth College of Rochester, from which he will graduate in May '06. Michael uses his technical knowledge, leadership experience and problem-solving capabilities to deliver a wide range of marketing solutions to Meridian Group, specializing wireless technology, computer applications, and data security.
