The COBRA Provisions in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act are becoming a very big employer/client topic. The Act requires DOL, Treasury, and HHS to work together to develop a model notice for employers within 30 days of the date of enactment. Tuesday February 17th was the date the president signed this into law and when the model notice becomes available, we will communicate that information to you.
